Dog Boarding near San Marcos, TX

I’m a recent college graduate who has a 7 year old chocolate lab and recently took in a stray border collie mix! i do work 8-4 every day, but before / after work i make sure to provide a very fulfilling lifestyle to them!

Hi! My name is Amanda and I have a very sweet husky mix (samoyed, malamute and German Shepard) named Korra. Korra is mostly Siberian Husky and it shows quite a bit in her personality, but she's not quite as vocal as you'd expect. She absolutely adores people and is super chill inside. She does pretty well on a leash, but will pull a bit and sniff every blade of grass on a new trail or street. While she will show her belly for every human she meets, especially children, she can be wary of other dogs. She does best with very slow introductions and a calm voice and demeanor from her handler. She can't be around our feline friends as she's keen to chase. And any new deer she encounters will get her ears perked up pretty quick. Luckily, she's not an escape artist in any way, but is not an off-leash girlie yet. We have a small backyard that she very occasionally gets the zoomies in, but very often will sit out and sun herself. We are still training Korra daily, and some days are easier than others (husky life), but she has come such a long way and is really a very sweet girl.

We are quite the energetic and goofy family over here. My little one is mochi, a toy poodle who loves cuddles, kisses, belly rubs and tricks. She’s a silly dog that tends to be quite the couch potato. Chloe is her sister/ bestie. Chloe is a sassy schnoodle that loves to run around and play with mochi. In terms of human introductions, we are dog lovers at heart around here! We have lots of energy and love to take our doggies on adventures. The apple doesn’t fall far from tree, as I am just as much of a couch potato cuddler. I also love helping groom dogs, particularly dogs that get anxiety in larger grooming settings. I learned to cut our dogs hair for that exact reason! I’m always happy to help care for other fur babies, particularly because it’s nice to have peace of mind that your babies are with another dog lover. Since we are in a duplex, we can best accommodate smaller dogs, but I’m also more than happy to help care for larger babies at their homes. We are also very big on going on long walks and doggy play dates. 🐾 Regardless, I’m glad to be part of a new dog family community! From one paw to another, Jordyn, Tammy, Mochi, and Chloe

We live in Layme, subdivision of San Marcos… Yet he loves to go on walks. After his initial excitement wears off with meeting new people and dogs, he is the most chill dog ever! He gets along with everyone, and everyone gets along with him!

Hi!!! We are a small family of 3. Our pup is a hyper, super friendly dog. She loves all people and wants to play with every dog friend she encounters!

Bella and I showed up in San Marcos in July 2022 after living in Hong Kong. She is technically a "Chinese Village Dog aka mongrel aka mutt" but she was just so cute when I lived there so I rescued her at about two months old. She doesn't speak Cantonese and is rarely ever a barker. She is a super picky eater, smart, a bit on the nervous side, doesn't react to other dogs who bark on our walks, doesn't pull and will tell the boys who smell her "parts" to kindly back off until she wants to play with them by giving her famous "Bella booty bump" to their faces. 😂 She loves to be anywhere people are and does great in cars. She probably would be best not left home alone (neither crated either).
